Deactivate and Reactivate Contacts
Organisation administrators are now able to deactivate and reactivate contacts.
To deactivate a contact:
Go to the Contacts page by clicking on the ‘Contacts’ button in the System Admin section.
Find the contact you wish to deactivate and click on it to select them (the contact will be highlighted blue).
You will see the contact’s summary on the right-hand panel, click on the ‘Deactivate’ button:
The ‘Deactivate User’ popup will appear; you will need to enter a deactivation reason and your password to deactivate a user.
Once deactivated, the contact will not be able to access e-halo and they will have a status of ‘De-Activated’.
To reactivate a contact:
Go to the Contacts page, find the user you wish to reactivate and click on them to select it (the contact will be highlighted blue).
You will see the contact’s summary on the right-hand panel, click on the ‘Reactivate’ button:
Once reactivated, the contact will receive an email to reactivate their account and they will have a status of ‘Active’.
Ability to edit and delete a Set
When creating Attached Components Groups, users will be able to edit and delete sets after they have been created.
To edit a set:
Click on the edit icon of the set you want to edit.
The set popup will appear, and you will be able to edit your set.
To delete a set:
Click on the delete icon of the set you want to delete:
The set will be deleted. You will be able to create a new set if needed by clicking on the ‘Add set’ button.
Updates and Bug Fixes:
- Fixed the issue where tasks were being assigned to the wrong users if the previous task was transferred (patched in May)
- Fixed the issue where users were unable to save changes to their own profile
- Fixed the issue where the users were intermittently getting a ‘sequence’ error when trying to submit a component or BOM (patched in June)
