Transfer Tasks: New ‘All contacts in the organisation’ option
To transfer a task to all contacts in the organisation, users will no longer have to leave the ‘Contacts’ section of the ‘Transfer’ popup blank. Instead, they will need to select the new ‘All contacts in the organisation’ option.
This option will be available as the top option:
When this option is selected the task will be transferred to all contacts in your organisation. This means that the task will be visible in the task page of every user that belongs to your organisation and anyone in the organisation can complete it.
Updates and Bug Fixes:
- Fixed the issue where the ‘return’ button in the component details page was not working.
- Fixed the issue where the ‘Adhesive’ field was not being displayed in the ‘Attached components groups’ details page.
- Fixed the issue in the ‘Confirm Bill of Materials link’ task, where the incorrect product was being linked to the Bill of Materials if there were 2 or more ‘Confirm Bill of Materials link’ tasks running concurrently for the same Bill of Materials.
- Fixed the issue where the ‘upload document’ button for a component was not read-only when the component was on a read-only state (approval in progress, active or cancelled) and an error message was displayed if anyone tried to use it.
- Fixed the issue where admin users were getting an error when trying to add a phone number in their domain form.
