What's New?

Connections tab enhancements

We have enhanced the domain connections tab and connection request process to make it more user friendly.

New tabs:

To make it easier to navigate your organisation’s connections, we have added 3 tabs:

• Connected
• Incoming requests
• Outgoing requests

Clicking on each tab will show you a list of the relevant connections/connection requests:

Connected:

This tab will show you a list of all the organisations you are currently connected to. These are the organisations you can work with.

Eg. The companies you can assign a brief to or receive briefs from, for the creation of Bills of Materials and/or components.

Outgoing requests:

This tab will show you a list of all the connections your organisation has requested that have not yet been accepted/rejected.

From this tab you can:

• Cancel a connection request, for example, if it was done in error.
• Send a reminder to the organisation you want to connect to.
• See if your request is pending with another organisation or the e-halo support team.

Incoming requests:

This tab will show you a list of all the connection requests your organisation has received.

From this tab you can:

• Accept or decline a connection.

New connections email notifications:

Domain admins will now receive email notifications informing them of:

• Rejected connections, including the reason for rejection.
• Approved connections.
• Connection request cancellations, including the cancellation reason.
