What's New?
Login screen: ability to see what I have typed on the ‘password’ field
We have added a ‘view’ button to the password field of the e-halo login screen: clicking on the button will allow users to see what they have typed before clicking the ‘login’ button.
Product Hub: new ‘Brand’ and ‘Category' filters
We had added 2 new filters to the Product Hub in e-halo: ‘Brand’ and ‘Category’.
Task Hub: organisation name displayed in the ‘Organisation’ column
We have amended the logic for what organisation is displayed in the ‘organisation’ column of the task hub.
The organisation displayed will vary depending on the task type, to show users the most relevant information.
The organisations displayed will be as follows:
Bill of Materials: ‘Approval History’ tab
We have added a ‘Component ID’ column in the approval history tab of the Bills of Materials, to make it easier for the users to identify and access the rejected component(s).
Submit Bill of Materials: enhancement to validation error message
We have enhanced the validation message when submitting a Bill of Materials so that if a Bill of Materials cannot be submitted because one or more components have not been confirmed, the component IDs are displayed and hyperlinked in the error message. Making it easy for the user to see and access the non-confirmed component(s).
Approve Bill of Materials task: components linked to multiple Bills of Materials cannot be approved if they are currently rejected as part of another Bill of Materials
We have enhanced the ‘Approve Bill of Materials’ logic so that if you have an ‘Approve Bill of Materials’ task for a BOM with components linked to multiple Bills of Materials and any of those components are currently rejected (as part of another BOM), then users cannot approve those components.
For example, when I have a component, ‘Component1’ linked to multiple Bills of Materials: ‘BOM1’ and ‘BOM2’:
- If ‘Component1’ is rejected as part of the BOM1’s rejection and it’s currently rejected (it has an active 'complete component' or 'confirm component' task).
- Then, when ‘BOM2’ goes on approval, the retailer will not be able to approve BOM2, only reject it. This is because ‘Component1’ is already rejected.
- When the retailer tries to complete the ‘Approve Bill of Materials’ task for ‘BOM2’, ‘BOM2’ and ‘Compoennt1’ will automatically have a status of 'rejected', this status cannot be changed.

Updates and Bug Fixes:
- We enhanced the ‘Transfer task’ popup so that it will display the details: ‘task to be transferred’, ‘user it’s transferred from’ and ‘user it will be transferred to’ in the ‘brief’ section of the popup. To allow users to see a summary of their action before completing it.
- We have amended the behaviour of the number fields in the e-halo forms, so that when you use the arrows to increase or decrease the number entered in the field, the number will increase or decrease by a count of 1 (instead of 0.1).
- We have added a new validation error message that will be displayed if a user tries to submit a form that has a number value exceeding the maximum character limit: 13 numbers before the decimal point and 5 numbers after.
- Fixed the issue where contacts with emails that exceed 25 characters couldn’t be created in e-halo.
- Fixed the issue where saving a new image for a component was not working correctly and was forcing users to save it twice.
- Fixed the issue where a component couldn’t be rejected as part of a ‘Bill of Materials Approval’ task if it had been marked a ‘sub’ component in the Bill of Materials.
- Fixed the issues where users could see a 404 error when trying to access certain products.
