Create/Edit a Role in e-halo

  • Only users with Domain Admin access can create/edit roles in e-halo.

Create a Role

1. From the Admin cog icon, click on 'Domain' and then the 'Roles' tab to see which roles already exist in your domain.

 

2. Click '+ Add Role' to create a new role and you will need to add the Role Name, Security Level and optional Role Description.

Edit a Role

To edit a role you can press on the three dots on the right hand side to amend the role. This brings up the same modal as 'Add Role' (seen above).
