Is there a limit for the Minimum Recycled content percentage for pre and post-consumer recyclate?

Yes, the minimum % for pre and post-consumer recyclate should not exceed 100% when combined.

For example, if your pre-consumer recyclate is 30% then your post-consumer recyclate can be any figure up to 70% so that it does not exceed 100%.
