Do I need to input 2 or 3 dimensions in e-halo?

If you have a diameter measurement:

• If your item is 2D we only require the diameter.

• If your item is 3D we require the minimum of a diameter plus one more dimension of either length, width or height.

If you do not have a diameter:

• We require a minimum of two dimensions of either length, width or height.

• If your item is 3D we recommend all 3 dimensions are provided.
