1. Open your web browser and navigate to e-halo: https://www.e-halo.com
2. If you are logging in for the first time, you will have received your initial login details via an email.
If you are unable to locate your initial email, follow the steps below until the option to click 'Forget Password' becomes available.
3. On the login screen, enter your username or email address and click 'Login'.
Ticking 'Remember me' will stop you needing to re-enter your password until your machine is restarted.
If you have forgotten your password or need to reset your password for any other reason, click on the 'Forgot Password?' link under 'Login' and follow the instructions provided to create a new password.
4. You will then be asked to provide your password.
