Reset a Password

1. If you have forgotten your e-halo password and would like to reset it, open your web browser and navigate to the e-halo login page: https://www.e-halo.com

2. When you are presented with the login screen below, click on the 'Forgot Password?' link.

3. Once you have clicked on the link you will be asked to submit your email address or username.

4. You will then receive an email providing further instruction on how to reset your password.

5. Go to the Reset Password email and click on the 'Link to reset credentials', which will redirect you to where you can make a new password.

6. The update password modal prompts the user to enter their password in twice for confirmation. There is also an option to 'Sign out from other devices' for added security.
