Editing or Cancelling a Product

• Retailer users can edit and cancel products from their organisation.

How-To:

1. Navigate to your Product Hub and select the product you wish to edit/cancel by clicking on its name. You be redirected to the product's details page

 

2. To edit the product information, click the blue 'Edit' button in the top right corner. 

The product fields will become editable, and you will be able to amend the product's information. Once you finish amending the product information, click on the blue 'Save' button in the top right corner to save your changes

3. To cancel the product, click the 'Options' dropdown in the top right corner and select 'Cancel'.

4. In the 'Cancel product' popup, you will required to give a reason for the cancellation and re-enter your e-halo password.

5. Click on the red 'Yes, cancel this product' button and the product will now be cancelled.

Please note: once a product has been cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.
