Accessing the Task, Product, Bill of Materials, Components and Brief Hubs

The Task Hub is available to all users.
The Task Hub displays all the running tasks in your organisation, including tasks that cannot be completed by the user looking at them (e.g., tasks assigned to other members of the team).
Click on a task to access and complete it.
In the Task Hub, you will see the task's due date, the component, Bill of Materials and product it's linked to.
You can also access the task transfer function from this Hub.
Tasks can be filtered by: Product, Assignee and Organisation.
You can download a tasks list via 'Download Task List'

The table below explains the relationship between the organisation name under the 'Organisation' column and the task name:

You are also able to view running tasks via the Product Details or Bill of Materials Details pages using the 'Running Tasks' tab:

Product Details will show you all active tasks related to Bills of Materials linked to the product.
Bill of Materials Details will show you all active tasks related to the Bill of Materials and its Components.

If you are a retailer user - the product hub shows all the products created by your organisation. Click on any product to access its details page.
If you are a product supplier user – the product hub shows all the products linked to Bills of Materials assigned to your organisation. Click on any product to access its details page.
If you are a packaging supplier user - the product hub shows all the products linked to components assigned to your organization. You cannot access the product’s details page.
The summary cards at the top show the Total and number of Active, Live, Archived and Cancelled products in the user's organisation. These will update according to any results returned by searches/use of filters.
You can download a list of products via 'Download Product List'

If you are a retailer user - the Bill of Materials hub shows all the Bills of Materials linked to your organisation’s products. Click on any Bill of Materials to access its details page.
If you are a product supplier user - the Bill of Materials hub shows all the Bills of Materials assigned to your organisation. Click on any Bill of Materials to access its details page.
Packaging supplier users don't have access to this hub.
The summary cards at the top show the Total and number of Active, In Progress and Approval in Progress Bill of Materials in the user's organisation. These will update according to any results returned by searches/use of filters.
You can access the details page of an individual Bill of Materials by clicking on its ID number.
You can download a list of Bill of Materials via 'Download Bill of Materials list'

If you are a retailer user - the Component Hub shows all the components linked to your organisation’s products. Click on any Component to access its details page.
If you are a product supplier user - the Component Hub shows all the components linked to your organisation’s Bills of Materials. Click on any Component to access its details page.
If you are a packaging supplier user – the Component Hub shows all the components assigned to your organisation. Click on any Component to access its details page.

You can access the details page of individual components by clicking on the Component name or ID number. This page will show you the component's specification and the products and Bills of Materials it's linked to.

To check individual brief information, click into the Brief ID number on the left hand side of the hub. From here, you can check the status of each product, the brief's instructions, due date and type.
