Import Products

Importing products allows users to create multiple products in e-halo at once by uploading an Excel or CSV document to the system.

Only retailer users can import products.
Please contact 'support@sunbranding.com' to request a CSV to import your products

1. Click on the '+ Import Products' button from the Product hub

2. The 'Import Products' popup will appear on the screen.

3. Click on the 'Upload file' button to select an Excel or CSV file.

- - Please note the Excel must include all of the fields required for a product and be formatted in the same way as the field required, example below:
