- Only retailer users will be able to enter on/off sale dates.
To enter on/off sale dates, retailer users will have to access the SKUs tab of their product details pages and find the relevant SKUs.
How-to:
1. Under the SKUs tab, click on the context menu ('...' button) of that SKU.
Note: If the SKU’s Bill Of Materials doesn’t have a status of ‘active’, The ‘Add on sale dates’ button will not be available.
2. Clicking on the ‘+ Add on sale date’ will open a modal for the user to enter sale dates.
The ‘+ Add’ button will be disabled until an ‘on sale’ date is added. The ‘off sale’ date is optional.
Validation: the 'off sale' date can only be the same date or a later date than the on sale date. The 'off sale date' field has to be disabled until an on 'sale date' is selected.
Note: if the SKU already has 'on sale' dates, retailers can edit them by following the same process described above.
